6 slices of bacon, cooked until crisp
3 Tbsp bacon drippings
1/2 c sour cream
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 c vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
dash salt
Head lettuce or chopped romaine
3 - 4 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon drippings, sour cream, egg, vinegar, sugar and salt until thick, stirring occasionally.
Tear lettuce. Add green onions. Mix hot dressing with lettuce when ready to serve.
