Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Grease a 6 - portion muffin tin. Make the stove top dressing according to the directions on the box. Divide between the 6 muffin cups and using fork press into and up the sides (leaving a cavity in the centre).
Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into the cavities of stove top dressing.
Top with a bit of shredded cheddar and bacon. Tins will be full, but don't let them run over, as it is a real mess!
Bake for 15 minutes or till the eggs firm to touch. To remove run a knife around the edge or muffin and it comes out.
