Crust:
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 stick (6 Tbsp.) butter
Mix crumbs and sugar, stir into melted butter, mix well. Press into pie plate, bake at 375 for 2 minutes.
Pie Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch, add cold milk a little at a time, slightly beat egg yolks in. Cook until thick. Add 2 Tbsp. butter. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Meringue:
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Add 3 Tbsp. of sugar slowly, 1 tsp. vanilla. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 til golden.
