6 oz. (1 cup) milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. half-and-half or light cream
Assorted dippers such as trimmed, sliced strawberries, banana, and apple slices
Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate chips and half-and-half in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and heated through (2 minutes). Divide chocolate dip evenly among 4 dipping cups (you can use small custard cups). For family-style, put into a small bowl. Serve with assorted dippers. Use a fork to dip pieces of fruit or cake into the chocolate fondue.
