1 clove garlic minced
1 medium, onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef
2 (14 oz) cans Catelli tomato sauce
10 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp oregano
1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg. slightly beaten
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 package Catelli lasagna, uncooked
6 oz mozzarella cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add beef and brown. Remove excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce, mushroom with liquid, water and oregano. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, oil and salt. Spoon 1/3 of sauce into baking dish. Cover with 1/3 of lasagna. Spread cheese mixture over and cover with lasagna and sauce. Cover sauce with cheese slices. Cover with foil. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes.
