1 Can Salmon - Boned & Skinned
1/2 Cup Celery - Finely Chopped
1 Green pepper - Finely Chopped
1 Onion - Finely Chopped
3 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
2-8oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese
1 Can Tomato Soup
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Dashes Lee & Perrin's Sauce
3 Dashes liquid smoke
3 Envelop Plain Knox Gelatin
1/2 Cup Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except Gelatins & Water.
Spray Fish Mold; line with saran wrap
Dissolve hot water & Gallatin add to completed mixture.
Mix Well
Pour in Molds and Refrigerate 4-8 hrs
After mold is chilled put a slice of stuffed olive on the eye

Serve with your favorite Snack Crackers
