2 lbs Green Beans, Snipped
1 lb Fresh Roma Tomatoes
1 lb Cilengini Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Available at Kings)
½ Red Onion, Sliced
1 tsp each, Dried Basil and Dried Oregano
½ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Blanch green beans in salted boiling water for approximately 7 minutes. Remove from water and place in ice water bath to cool.
2. Wash and core tomatoes, cut into wedges, approximately 8 per tomato.
3. Slice onion length wise, approximately 1/8 inch thick.
4. Drain Mozzarella.
5. Combine all ingredients in bowl, add dried spices and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Chill salad for 1 hour.
7. Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar before serving.
