1 - 41/2 Ibs (2 kg) Boneless Pork Top Loin
2 Garlic Cloves - minced
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Soya Sauce
3 tbsp. Liquid Honey
1/4 c. Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Place the top loin in a roaster, rub with a half the garlic and season with the salt and pepper. Roast in preheated 350ºF oven for 2 1/2 hours or until cooked through.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl and brush the roast at least 6 times during roasting. Brush one final time before carving and serving.
