2 cans Black Beans
1 can Chick Peas
2 cans White Corn
1 Lg.jar Pimentos, drained
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Veg. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse beans, peas and corn. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, before serving with tostito scoops or frito scoops.

This recipe makes a very large amount!!! But it can be frozen. Great to take along as an appetizer for a large gathering! We use it a lot for our "patio" parties in Texas!!
