1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup.
1 cup sour cream
2-3 cups hot cooked noodles

Cook and stir hamburger and onion in butter in 10" skillet until hamburger is brown. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Stir in the soup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
