1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1.2 cup diced green onions
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add onions and garlic to browned sausage and saute 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Combine with rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350º uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers, corn chips, or pita chips.
