Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups flour
6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of butter or Crisco
vanilla extract
5 tsp. baking powder

Directions: |
Directions:Ok, so first mix the eggs, sugar, butter or Crisco and vanilla together with electric mixer. Then slowly put 3 cups of flour in and mix until fully incorporated into dough. Then grease the cookie sheet with Crisco or butter. Then shape dough like a loaf of bread with the mixed up ingredients and lay it out onto the cookie sheet, put the oven on 350º F. After you do that put the cookie sheet in for 15 minutes. Then take it out and cut loaf into slices. If you would like your cookies toasted you may put them back in the oven for a few minutes until they get toasted. |

Notes: This is my favorite recipe because my grandmother makes it so delicious. We have it on special occasions. Mostly everyone in my family loves it or has eaten it at least once. Also, I love it because it is not a very sugary snack. Also it is very good to have at a party because the people who like it will have it and the people who never tried it will try it!
