Personal Notes:
Coconut Soup is one of my favorite recipes. Sometimes we cook chicken and put that in too. Everyone thinks that it sounds gross but it's actually amazing. I love this dish A) because it has an extraordinary flavor B) because it looks and smells good. Coconut soup is my favorite dish, it is sort of special because we only make it like once a month. I like making coconut soup, it smells good while you are cooking. I'm always excited when my dad takes out the coconut milk. Because that means Coconut Soup!
