1 pound noodles
1 egg
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
dash of white pepper
8 oz. shredded flank steak
small handfuls of shredded cabbage, julienne carrots and snow peas.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Steam the noodles until well done. After that put in cold water to chill the noodles. Set aside.
2) Mix the egg, cornstarch and beef.
3) Saute beef in wok until well done with a little vegetable oil. Set aside.
4) Add a little more vegetable oil then cook cabbage, carrots and snow peas until no longer raw (not fully cooked).
4) Add beef and noodle to vegetables in wok and saute for about 2 minutes.
5) Add 1 tsp. oyster sauce, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sugar, and a little more vegetable oil. Saute another 2 minutes.
6) Finish dish by adding a little bit of sesame oil then a dash of white pepper.
