DOUGH:
1 c. Sugar
2 c. Water - boiling
1 c. Oil
2 pkgs. Yeast
1 tbsp. Salt
4 Eggs - well beaten
9 - 10 c. Flour
FILLING:
Equal parts of Brown and White Sugar
Butter
Sour Cream
CInnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 c. hot water in a bowl with 1 tsp. sugar and yeast. Let stand approximately 10 minutes, or until yeast has activated.
Mix oil, and 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. sugar and salt together. Dissolve and cool.
Add 2c. flour into the liquid mixture and stir. Add yeast and beaten eggs. Slowly add the rest of the flour until the dough is not sticky. Cover and let rise, shape into buns, let rise. Bake at 350ºF - 375ºF for 20 - 25 minutes.
