1. Water - lukewarm
2 tbsp. (or 2 pkgs.) Yeast

2 Eggs
1/2 c. Oil
2 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Put remaining ingredients in a large bowl and beat together. Add 4 c. of warm water and then the yeast mixture. Add flour to make a nice dough (try about 9 c.) and knead well until you form a nice big loaf. You may have to put a little oil on your hands. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Pinch down and shape into buns. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise, cover with towel, and wait 1 hour until they are ready to bake. Bake in a 375ºF oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Makes about 50 buns.
