2 c rolled oats
1 c rye flakes
1 c wheat flakes (I couldn’t find rye or wheat flakes so I used 2 c 8-grain flakes)
1 c chopped nuts
1 c sunflower seeds
1 c shredded coconut
1 c wheat germ
3/4 c vegetable oil
3/4 c liquid honey
1 tbsp vanilla
1 c raisins

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients. Warm oil slightly; add honey and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredients. Spread out on 2 cookie sheets. Bake at 275 deg F for 30 min, until lightly browned, stirring occaisionally. Mix in raisins. Cool and store in tightly covered container in fridge. Makes 10 cups.
