1 LARGE HEBREW NATIONAL SALAMI
1 BOTTLE OF HONEY MUSTARD

Directions:
Score salami with a fork. Using a pastry brush, brush on honey mustard. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Repeat honey mustard application after 30 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end to brown. Slice and serve with mustard and cocktail rye.
