18 oz. jar of peanut butter
2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler over low heat, melt chocolate and set aside. In a medium sized bowl, combine all other ingredients. Blend well until mixture forms a dough. Roll into 1-inch balls. Using a toothpick or fork, dip the balls into the chocolate until well coated. Place onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

My favorite recipe is called chocolate peanut butter balls. I enjoy this recipe because it brings back memories of Christmas dessert with my family. As the chocolate and peanut butter swirl together and melt in my mouth, I look up and notice my family enjoying the peanut butter ball as much as I am. This recipe is a family favorite and we eat and make it every year at Christmas. This has become my favorite one because it's simple, delicious, sweet and everyone loves it!
As much as I enjoy eating this recipe, I also love making it. Early Christmas morning, I woke up and immediately went to the pantry. I grabbed all of the ingredients I needed to make this dessert, and got started right away. As the chocolate melted in the pot, the smell spread through the house and awoke my family. And now it has become my family's favorite recipe.
