Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Some people like to make sweet potatoes, my Aunt Tracey likes to make SWEET potatoes. She tosses butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, even orange juice on those 6 orange sweet potatoes sliced like checkers. When our family gathers for the Thanksgiving feast, I always look forward to those sugary, make you look fat, sweet potatoes. I only get to taste this glorious food once a year and that's on Thanksgiving. They are so good you could almost call them dessert! There are only two things that come to my mind on the day that the Pilgrims and Indians shared a meal together, football and Aunt Tracey's sweet potatoes.
