2 eggs
3/4 cup of milk
2/3 cup of finely crushed saltine crackers
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 rubbed sage
dash of pepper
1 1/2 lbs to 2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup ketsup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp mustard

In a large bowl beat eggs add milk. saltines, onion, salt, sage, pepper, and worchestershire sauce add beef mix well. Shape into a loaf and place into a well greased shallow baking pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Drain grease. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over meatloaf. bake an additional 15-20 min. Let stand 10-15 min. before slicing.
