7 slices French Bread, cubed
4 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 pkgs. Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 small can chopped Black Olives
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
9 Eggs
1 cup Milk
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1/3 cup Butter, melted

Directions:
In a greased 9x13 pan, cover the bottom of pan with cubed bread. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese (reserve a little to sprinkle on top), sausage and vegetables. Blend eggs with milk and pour on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour melted butter over the top of all. Sprinkle with a little more cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
