2 lbs. Venison
1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
3 Tbsp. Bacon Fat
1 piece Celery, cut-up
3 medium Onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 can Stewed Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 2 pounds of Venison into serving size pieces. Mix ¼ cup Flour with 1 tsp. Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste. Put in zip-lock bag and coat venison with flour mixture. Heat 3 Tbsp. of Bacon Fat in skillet and brown venison on both sides. Add 1 piece celery cut-up, 3 sliced medium Onions, 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce, and 1 can of Stewed Tomatoes. Simmer, covered, for 1 to 2 hours or until tender. Cook noodles, drain, and serve with venison on top. Makes 4 Servings.
