5 Tbsp. Butter, divided
½ bag of Stuffing Cubes
3 Celery Stalks, diced
1 qt. Chicken Stock
1 Bay Leaf
1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 Tbsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
¼ cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 375 degrees. Heat large skillet over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. of butter. When melted add celery and bay leaf to the skillet, season with poultry seasoning, and a dash of salt and pepper. Cook until celery is tender. Add stuffing to skillet and mix; add 1½ cups of chicken stalk to moisten. Take out bay leaf and remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Mix turkey, egg and cooled stuffing mixture. Place in a greased loaf pan and drizzle with olive oil. Cook for about an hour or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Gravy: Melt ¼ cup butter, whisk in flour and let simmer for a few minutes. Add 2 cups chicken broth. Stir until thickened, season with salt and pepper.
