Uff-Da Tacos Recipe

Fry Bread:
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Milk
4 cups Vegetable Oil, for frying

Taco Meat:
1 lb. Ground Hamburger
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
2/3 cup Water

Toppings:
Shredded Lettuce
Diced Tomatoes
Chopped Black Olives
Shredded Cheese
Salsa or Taco Sauce
Sour Cream

Directions:
In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and mix until the dough comes together. Add more flour if necessary to be able to handle the dough. On a floured surface, knead dough until it is smooth, at least 5 minutes. Let dough rest for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet to 365 degrees. Oil should be about 1 inches deep. While oil is heating brown hamburger and make taco meat according to directions on seasoning package. Break dough into four parts and shape each into round discs about inch thick. Make a thinner depression in the center. Fry bread in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, flip only once (Will not take long). Drain on a paper towel. Top cooked fry bread with taco meat and other desired toppings.
