1 (8 oz.) package Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix
2 Tbsp. Milk
4-6 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and dressing mix; set aside. Pound out chicken breasts between waxed paper until thin. Cover chicken breasts with cream cheese mixture. Depending on how full you want your chicken breasts; you may make between 4 to 6 stuffed breasts. Roll chicken up and secure with a toothpick. Place flour in a shallow dish, roll chicken in the flour. In another bowl place bread crumbs and roll the chicken in the crumbs. Heat oil in skillet; place chicken in hot oil and brown all sides. Remove chicken and place on a cookie sheet. Remove toothpicks and cook at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done.
