Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups bab (cooked rice)
4 sheets kim (seaweed sheet, nori)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 carrot
4 long pieces dan moo ji (pickled yellow radish)
4 oz. beef
8 bunches spinach
2 imitation crab meat sticks (6-7 inches length)
1/2 sheet square eo mook (fried fish paste)

beef marinade: 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. sesame oil, 1/4 tsp. minced garlic, sesame seeds, pepper

eo mook sauce: 1/2 tsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sugar, pepper, 1 tbs. sesame seeds.

Directions:
Prepare the Ingredients:

Eggs -- Beat eggs, mix in a bit of salt, and then cook in a frying pan like an omelette. Roll up like a crepe, and slice into 1/2" widths (enough to make 4 rolls).

Carrot -- Cut carrot into thin strips, fry it quickly in hot oil with salt.

Dan moo ji (pickled yellow radish) -- cut into thin strips, matched to the kim (nori) in length.

Beef -- marinate for 5 minutes, then fry it quickly in hot oil in a pan.

Spinach -- blanch, add tiny bit of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil. Mix well.

Imitation crab meat -- cut in half, lengthwise to make 4 sticks.

Let boil eo mook sauce for 20 seconds, cook eo mook on a high heat to absorb liquid completely, let cool.

Cool rice slightly.

Assemble the Rolls:
Place kim (nori) on a bamboo mat. Pat rice onto 2/3 of kim (nori). Place each ingredient on top of the rice. Roll carefully, then sprinkle the outside of the nori with sesame seeds. With a sharp knife, slice 1/2 inch thick.

Should have enough to make 4 rolls.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I personally like this recipe because whenever I go somewhere with somebody, my mom prepares this food. One person at least eats 10 bite-sizes of them. Like when you go to a park or a public garden, like I sometimes do with my friends, there's nothing like something good to satisfy your hungry stomach. With steamy rice inside, wrapped in crunchy dried seaweed, when you're hungry, it's just heaven. Since it's so special in it's own way, you should like it too.
