4 tbsp minute tapioca
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cup unsweetened prune juice
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cooked prunes seeded and cut fine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tapioca, salt and cinnamon in double boiler for 15 minutes or until tapioca is clear. Stir frequently. Add sugar, lemon juice and prunes. Chill. Served with whipped cream.
