CRUST
2 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk

FILLING
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt/pepper
grated cheese
veggies of choice

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: mix the oil and milk together add to the flour sugar mix. Line the bottom of a spring form pan with parchment paper. With your fingers form a shell, wash with egg and bake for 8 minutes until golden. Cool.

FILLING
Whisk the eggs & mayo together in a bowl, add the milk.Pour into crust and sprinkle cheese over. Saute the veggies drain them and add to the eggs. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean

I have found that it works better if I cook the veggies first and then add it because you can control how evenly it is spread out in the pan.
There are as many combinations as you want. I like spinach and mushroom with onions. A Quiche Lorraine is with onion and bacon.
