3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup canola oil
1 Tlbsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tlbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together the dry ingredients and set aside. In a food processor mix the eggs and grated zucchini, add the sugar and oil then the flour mixture, When you add the nuts use the pulse button. In a greased and floured bundt pan or 2 loaf pans Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
