1 med. Red Pepper
1 med. Yellow Pepper
1 med. Orange Pepper
1/2 med. Green Pepper
1/2 med. Red Onion
1 14oz. can Red Kidney Beans
1 bag Corn Chips
1 bottle Catalina Dressing - small bottle

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the peppers and onion into 1/4" pieces, set aside in bowl. Drain and rinse the kidney beans and add to peppers. Can cover and set in fridge for several hours.
Just before serving add the slightly crushed corn chips and dressing. Toss together and serve.

If you are doing this for a potluck, take the corn chips and dressing and add just before serving.
