1 pound ground beef,
3 large potatoes,
1 medium size onion,
salt and pepper,
chopped parsley,
2 spoons of saffron mixed with a little bit of hot water,

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and potato then mix with ground beef, salt & pepper, chopped parsley, and saffron. Put a pan on the stove. When hot add pure vegetable oil, enough for frying. Take a small ball of mixture and make a circle or oval shape. Put in the pan and fry both sides very nicely. Serve with pita bread and pickles, fresh parsley and tomato. Also you can serve corn with butter on the side.
