Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Why I like this dish: I like this dish for many reasons. One reason is because the sweetness of the peppers, make a good complement with the tomato sauce. The wonderful taste fills your mouth with great flavor, and it gives you your daily vegetables, while the sauce tastes good!
One other reason I like this dish is because when my dad was recovering from major surgery, our family friend Emmy surprised us with a nicely made pasta dinner. This made my family feel wonderful and glad to have a delicious, mouth -watering dinner waiting for us to eat. We use this dish to bring a warm feeling to other families, who need a helping hand. So every week in my house, we have pasta night, and often make this elegant, warming dish.
