Ingredients:  
(1) 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
4 oz. grated parmesan cheese
4 oz. mayo. (any variety)
4 cloves of garlic, minced (quantity optional)
(1) 4 oz. can of chopped green chiles
(1) 10 oz. bag or box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well
1/2 cup chopped tomato for top of dip when ready to serve
2 tablespoons chives, chopped for top of dip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, except for tomato & chives.
Spoon into 9 in. pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake at 350' for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with tomatoes & chives.
Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips, also great with veggies.
