1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 T. Worcestershire
2 t. prepared mustard
1 t. salt
1/4 t. dried thyme
1 lemon, thinly sliced
dash hotsauce

Saute onion and garlic in oil in saucepan until tender.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer 5
