3 c. cooked sweet potato
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
TOPPING:
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. flour
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potato, sugar, butter, salt, and milk.
Mix until creamy.
Turn into a buttered 1.5 qt. casserole dish.
Combine the Topping ingredients in a small bowl. Hand crumble over the top of the casserole.
Bake at 350º uncovered for 45 minutes.
