Brownie:
1 can hershey's syrup
1 c sugar
1 c flour
4 eggs
1 stick soft margerine

Mint Layer:

2 c confectioners sugar
1 stick soft margerine
1 TBSP water
1 TSP mint extract
green food coloring

Chocolate Top Layer

6 TBSP margerine
1 6 oz bag of semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all brownie ingredients well. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes and DO NOT OVERCOOK. Brownies will come out looking very moist.

Cool completely.

Beat all the mint layer ingredients together and spread on cooled brownies. Refrigerate.

On low to medium heat, melt and stir together chocolate chips and margerine until completely smooth. Poor over the mint layer and refrigerate until set.
