3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. shortening or lard
1 egg
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients with shortening. Mix together egg, water, and vinegar then combine with first mixture and mix until proper consistency. Divide mixture into four balls and roll out. Put into pie pan and trim pastry 1/4 inch beyond the rim and scallop edges.
