Mushrooms
Onion
Sour Cream
Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water in a bowl for the noodles. Saute mushrooms in butter and olive oil, when tender set aside, Saute the onions in the same pan, when opaque add to mushrooms.Add noodles to water. Slice the meat into strips 1/4 inch thick. Add oil to pan and turn the heat up to med/high and sear the meat a few pieces at a time. This should leave a nice coating on the bottom of the pan. Turn the heat down to medium and add sour cream to pan. Mix to make gravy, add the meat, onions and mushrooms. Drain the noodles and place the Stroganoff on top and serve
