Layer bottom to top (all raw)

5-6 medium potatoes, sliced, salt and peppered
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 onion thinly sliced
2-3 medium carrots grated
1 can peas and juice

Breakfast sausages, browned and drained.

Directions:

Cover with:

1 can tomato soup (mixed with 1-1/2 can water)

Cover with foil and bake for 1-1/2 hours @350º

Take off foil and brown for a few minutes.
