6 tbsp. of unsalted butter or margarine
1 c. of breadcrumbs
1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
2 cans minced clams with juice
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all together and bake at 350º for 30 minutes

I divide the recipe into two smaller bowls (they are actually onion soup crocks). You can either divide the recipe or cook in a larger dish! Enjoy!
