3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 package (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, chopped and thawed
2 cans (10-3/4 oz. each) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise (reduced-fat or fat-free not recommended)
1/4 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish, combine the chicken, salt and pepper. Top with broccoli. In a bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, milk and 1-1/2 c. cheese; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

I usually cook up a box of Uncle Ben's rice pilaf and mix the rice into the chicken divan after it is done baking.
