1 package cake mix (any flavor)
1 container prepared frosting (flavor to compliment cake flavor)
1 package of Almond Bark coating

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using any of the recommended pan sizes such as 9x13.
When cake is done, crumble while warm into a large bowl or mixer, and stir in the frosting until well blended.
Spoon into small balls, place on wax paper in small batches to freeze. Roll the balls in your hands for a smoother ball.
Freeze at least one hour if not more.
Melt Almond Bark coating in a glass bowl in the microwave, or in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Dip the balls in hot coating using a toothpick or fork to hold them. Place on waxed paper to set.
Place back in freezer to harden.

If you keep small batches in freezer until ready to coat in Almond Barnk, it avoids having crumbles of cake in the Almond Bark.
