1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can peach pie filling
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, pie filling, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon extract, and nuts. Blend at low speed of electric mixer until completely moistened, about 1 minute. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan.
TOPPING:
In a medium bowl combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract. Stir with a fork. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle over cake batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350º degrees.
