1 pkg. (1.5lbsBoneless Beef Chuck Roast, cut into 1 in. cubes
2 Tbsp. Pure Olive Oil
1 pkg916oz) Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Minestrone Vegies
Salt & Pepper
1 carton (32 oz) Beef Culinary Stock
1 can (14.5 oz) Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
1 pkg (24 oz) Italian Classicsa Seasoned Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup dry Italian Classics Ditalini soup pasta
1 can (15.5 oz) Garbanzo Beans, drained & rinsed
1 pkg. (6oz) baby spinach

You'll need lge braising pan and 6 to 8 qt. slow cooker

1. Heat oilin braising pan (medium to high) until oil faintly smokes. Add beef; sear 10 min. until all sides are paper-bag brown.
2. Transfer beef to slow cooker. Don't discard pan drippings. Add veggies to pan with drippings; season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 3 min; add to slow cooker.
3. Add stock, tomatoes, and sauce to slow cooker. Cover ,cook 4.5 hrs on high or 8 to 10 hrs on low.
4. Add dry pasta & beans 30 min before end of cooking on High and 45 min before end of cooking on Low.
5. Add spinach @ end stirring to blend well for 2 min. to allow to lightly wilt.
