4 large apples cut into thin slices
1 cup oil
2 tsp cinnamon
5 Tbsp sugar
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cinnamon and 5 Tbsp sugar together. Set aside. Combine all other ingredients (except apples) and beat till smooth. Pour 1/2 batter in greased and floured tube pan. Put 1/2 apples over batter and sprinkle with 1/2 cinnamon and sugar mixture. Pour remainder of batter in pan and top with remainder of apples and connamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more until done.
