2 sticks butter
4 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar
3 cups flour
2 tsp salt
-optional ½ tsp of any (cayenne, paprika, cumin, or any herb)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a food processor till smooth.

2) Put in cookie press fitted with whatever shape you want your cheese stick/cookie to be.

3) Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes
