1 lg. ground pork
2 lb. radish
2 oz. carrot
1/2 lb. green onion
4 tbs. soy sauce
2 oz. corn starch
1 lb. Chinese cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
1. peel and mince radish, carrot and green onion
2. mix the above ingredient together and add salt
3. wait for about 20 min., or till some liquid come out from the mixture and then get rid of the liquid.
4. mix the above ingredient with the ground pork
5. add soy sauce and starch
6. stir the mixture for a while
7. roll the mixture to a ball.
8. wrap the ball with the cabbage leave (only use the leaf part not the stem)
9. put the wrap on a plate and steam for 20 min.
