Cream:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup oil
Add:2 eggs
1 tsp almond extract
Combine and add to ingredients above:
1 tsp salt, soda and cream of tartar
4 cups plus 1 tbsp flour

Directions:

Drop by small teaspoon, Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Cool on rack.

This isn't 'our grandma's' sugar cookies... Grandmas' rolled sugar cookies were THE BEST!!!
But these bring back all those wonderful smells and tastes and memories!!!
