1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 T. ground cumin
2 cans (10.74 oz) tomato soup
2 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
5 T. chili powder (I use less)
1 tsp. black ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 cans (or more) pinto beans, drained
cayenne pepper to taste

Crumble ground beef in soup pot and cook medium high. Drain. Add onion, red pepper, and 1/2 cumin. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Add tomato soup, broth and tomatoes. Season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes. Add beans and remaining cumin and cayenne pepper and simmer another 30 minutes.
